Unable To Import cad: Cad DLL could not be found

Hello,
DataPage + 2012
Win 7
I recently had a hard drive crash and we had to reinstall everything on a new hard drive. All my files are present and working, so the SQL is working. However when I attempt to import a .iges file....I get: Unable to load DLL 'CadDLLL error. The specified module can not be found.

I am guessing that I need to either re install the software pack...or is this dll obtainable for download???

I just had this issue last week also. I went to the data page class at Hexagon last week and they suggested to export your cad file from pc dmis in a xmal file. Took me a couple tries this morning but I did get it to work.
