Ok, I don't know exactly what I did yesterday but now when I generate a spreadsheet report my upper & lower are now missing; all that is showing is (DATE/TIME, VARIABLE, NOMINAL, UPPER-blank, LOWER-blank, ACTUAL, & ENTER IN SAMPLE #). Can anyone tell me how to get the upper & lower to show back please.
If you send the data to data editor and the tolerances are still in there than I am not sure what is going on, just typical datapage+ I guess. If they are blank, then you either need to fill them, or resend your data and see what happens.
Is it for everything? Or just for certain things? One thing to keep in mind is any XYZ numbers that are part of a true position have 0 tolerance by definition, as they are what is used to calculate the TP.
