Export data failed?

I am having trouble exporting a 30 pc. measurement report from Datapage+ 2012. I get a Failed window that pops up stating "Index was out of range. Must be a non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: Index". This is the first time this has happened to this file export. I can export other files with no problem. I am assuming it has to do with this file only. I tried reloading the file into dp. Any suggestions to help me would be appreciated.

    oddam - Do you have a DataPage+ upgrade left with your SMA? If so, you can try downloading and installing the latest released version, DataPage+ 5.0 SP1 Full installation set from here: http://support.hexagonmetrology.us/ics/support/DLList.asp?task=download&folderID=5986

    If you do not have an upgrade with your SMA, I can try troubleshooting the export, but I will need your part file and then the steps you take to export the data. Are you using the "To Excel" button, or the "Customized Excel Report" button? Do you have an Excel template you are trying to populate? Just a few questions to get us started.

  • I am waiting for our IT Dept. to set me up with a new computer and they are suppose to get me an updated Datapage build version installed, then see if that works. So right now I am on hold.
  • Update on this thread, problem solved, according to tech support working with our IT dept, the images on the part tabs were overloading the database causing the software to run slow or fail. We removed all the images and the software is running fine. Hexagon said they will be working on this concern.
