Datapage 5.2 a mess?

wtf????????????????
  • You are referring to TP of a Cylinder?

It sounds like your TP is reporting worst case, and the worst case isn't always the same end.

And yes, DP+ 5.2 is a mess. I've already listed some of the issues with it (in Windows 10) in another post.

    Here's a new one:

If you use Distance dimensions, and check the box in the label options to use "two features", you can only print 5 distance dimensions on a single page. Without it checked, you can print (at least) 11. (This is back on Windows 7 now too.)
  • I've had some weird things with the order of stuff too. Yesterday, the data that came in had the first 16 items tacked onto the bottom of the list for some reason.
  • I'm confused. Are you talking about in the CAD tab? Your leader lines show up in random places? In the Data Editor, you can manually change the leader line end points. That might be what is screwing with you.
  • Bear with me Vinni, I did go to Datapage training from hexagon, and every question I asked the instructor. His reply to me was "I never used that before", "This is my first time teaching this class." "I'm not sure how that works" so I feel I am extremely well edgeumicated.

That's better teaching than what I can give you. I know very little about Datapage.
  • TP is not suited for statistical analysis and Xact TP for a cylinder will always report 'WORST END' (legacy gives you a choice, ASME/ISO/Xact doesn't), which will complicate the matter even more, as you have seen. If you need X and Y values, why don't you dimension X and Y values? Or at least do a TP on top and bottom circle separately?
