Data from PC-DMIS 2018 to DataPage+ 5.2

I have just upgraded from 2017 R2 SP5 to 2018 R1. When PC-DMIS exported data to DataPage + all of my dimensions has the measured, min, max & m1. I can't find anywhere in either program to turn off the data to just getting the "M" measured only. Has anyone had this problem with a solution?

We need a lot more info before we can help, there is literally at least 5 ways to get data into Datapage. But most likely PC-DMIS is putting the stat file in a different folder and data importer can't find it. I see this occasionally where PC-DMIS changes the file output when you use offline stats mod

Check this directory for xml files C:\Users\Public\Documents\Hexagon\PC-DMIS
if you find *.pcdmisstats files then you need to open a program, hit F5, go to the General tab, hit the warnings button, delete the "do you want to update the database now" warning, when it asks you that question during a program run, the answer is no, and don't ask me again. If you answer yes it converts the file from XML to PCDMISTATS (just renames) and some version of datapage won't pick that file up. Also search for XML files if you don't find them in that directory.
  • Well from what I know the group that is responsible for Stats/on and the group that works with Datapage aren't connected which is why I tend to use the external command method instead of stats/on myself since I can be fairly secure that my data is going to the right place but that brings it's own set of issues. The warning can be checked, but the answer has to be no to updating the database. I'd be surprised if your other version has the answer as yes but I wouldn't be that surprised. Some of the versions handle the file to a different directory if the answer is yes if I remember correctly which is what confuses newer versions of DP+, the older versions ignore the .pcdmisstats extension as far as I know.
