Attempting to open DataPage I receive the error as shown in attached picture. I have tried to reinstall both DataPage and the framework, neither has corrected the issue. Does anyone have an idea of what might be going on?
0x80070005 is "access denied" so it looks like your company may have pushed some things with group policy that doesn't allow you to read that directory.
The issue is permissions access to the machine.config file in the .Net folder. Go to the machine.config file and apply "full control" permissions for everyone and/or the domain admin account that the software runs under.
