I am able to manually import the below csv test example without issue. However, when I drop the file into the monitored folder for the Data Importer utility, Data Importer fails with the error message “object reference not set to an instance of an object”.
I have found mention here and there searching through the forums that there are certain requirements for csv formatting/ presentation, but I have not been able to find any specifics.
Would anyone be able to shed some light on what I am missing?
