PC-DMIS measuring for SPC

Друзья и коллеги
я использую PC-DMIS SAD ++ 2018 R 1
теперь мне нужно, чтобы результаты отчетов вошли в графику для SPC. Как же это возможно? Нужно ли мне дополнительное программное обеспечение? Или же его можно создать в ps dmis?

Friends and colleagues
I am using PC-DMIS SAD ++ 2018 R 1
Now I need the report results to be included in the schedule for the SPC. How is this possible? Do I need additional software? Or can it be created in ps dmis?

  • , first and foremost you need to know what file type you SPC software will import. Most PcDmis users use Datapage+. With datapage, users exported .xml files with pcdmis automatically and then imported the .xml files in datapage either manually or automatically.

    To do this, within your version of pcdmis, in the pcdmis directory, create a folder called XML for example. Now in pcdmis, type in XMLSTATS and press tab. You will be able to copy the XML folder path to the xmlstats command in pcdmis. So when ever you run the program that contains the xmlstats command, it will create a xml containing measurement data.

    Then you can either manually import these xml files into datapage or use the data importer the way I did can automatically send the xml files to a database for datapage. I have moved datapage to my office laptop with my offline seat so I don't have to be at the CMM to use datapage. I had my IT department make me a folder on our database over the network. Then I used the data importer from hexagon to automatically send the xml files to the database folder. Then I would just open datapage on my laptop and all my xml files were there for spc analyzing.

    You can also do that with .csv files. If you are really good with excel or just need the data for someone else to anaylize in excel, you can export your data in a .csv file and either you or someone else can open the .csv file in excel and analyze the data like that.
