SPC Software for PC-Dmis

Hi All,

Looking for advice.

Was tasked with implementing an SPC Process into our inspection processes, real time visualization etc.

I had a trial of Q-Das (O-Qis and QS-Stat) for a year, got it priced for what we require and been told by directors that it is not in our budget!!! After all that setup and agreement that it is a good bit of kit AstonishedConfused

I have been exporting to excel and then migrating the data to a separate Excel Sheet as the Excel Form Report Wizard on PC-Dmis 2019 R2 wipes all my Charts and Formatting.

Is there any other pieces of software that would be capable of producing real time data from PC-Dmis?

I have seen some reports of QC-Calc, has anyone had any dealings with this software?

I've also thought of Minitab, seen this recommended on a few posts?

Based in Scotland (United Kingdom).

  • Datapage does not need to be installed on the CMM computer. It can be installed on a separate PC. All you need for your CMMs is to send the data to the specified networked database and then you can pull all the data into Datapage on your spare PC.

    For example. I have an offline seat of pcdmis on my office laptop and I had datapage installed on here to view and analyze data. I just haven't used datapage in years though.
