Difference between Cpk AND Cp

Hey all, does anyone know the difference between Cp and CPk as it is used with DataPage?
Parents
  • Not true, that would be standard deviation. Cp includes the tolerance limits in that without the total tolerance spread you can not calculate Cp.

Not only tolerance limits but also centeredness on the mean.

Cp - includes tolerance spread only
Cpk - includes centeredness as well as spread.

    I was simply clarifying.

You were simply trying to get your post count back up to what it was before the BEER thread went bye-bye!
