When I measure one type of gear (z4, mn1, alpha20 °, beta =- 20 °) Quindos shows me this error. I think this is an error of probe offset (probe cluster TIP DIA 0.8 mm without rotary table) because the machine stops always at the same probe and the same tooth. I tried to modify Roll Length (start 1.1mm, end 2.5mm), calibrate probe cluster again but without success. Interesting, when I confirm the error the machine works on, but the graphical representation and value is meaningless on tooth. But results of other teeth are good. Last, this happens only when I measuring the tooth profile not helical or runout, span etc.Please, do you have some idea what could it be? Thanks.
