I just requalified my rack and a few of the probes jam when I put them away (the pin is a bit too high). Is there a command that can tweak the position of a single magazine in a rack?

The individual garage locations are stored in the EDB, within ELE:APC$PORT(). You can copy the EDBELE:APC$PORT(#) down to the LDB, make an edit to the Z value/location and then copy back up to the EDB with EDBUPD.
