In addition to Vivek Bhardwaj's response, I am able to verify that, bdf files of more than 23 MB are able to succesfullly get imported into Actran VI.
So file size would not be an issue.
I seen in another post by you that you seem to be using Actran 19.0. It is always suggested to use the current version available, which as of now is Actran 2020 sp1. There are a wide range of updated capabilities which would be useful to you,
