Issue with Actran Workflow Manager Freezing

I am currently using Actran 2024.1, and while most components such as Actran Launcher, Actran VI, PLT Viewer, and Waterfall Viewer are functioning without any issues, I am encountering a problem with the Workflow Manager. It freezes on the starting window and does not proceed further.

Could you please assist in troubleshooting or provide guidance to resolve this issue?

    Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

    1. Check System Requirements: Ensure that your system meets the minimum requirements for running Actran 2024.1, especially in terms of RAM and CPU capabilities. Actran requires a compatible graphical card and drivers that support OpenGL-3.2 for its graphical interfaces. And also, ensure the display monitor has a full-HD (1920x1080) resolution.

    2. Check for Licensing Issues: Verify that your Actran workflow manager license is valid and properly configured. 

    3. Review Error Logs: Check the error logs generated by Actran for any specific error messages that might indicate the cause of the freeze. You can find the log/trace file at Actran files default directory ex. C:\Users\xxxx\report\

    4. Reinstall Actran: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, consider reinstalling Actran. Ensure that you follow the installation guide properly and that all necessary components are installed correctly.
