Problem with symmetric part import

Hello everyone,

I have issue with importing cad geometry in Adams 2021.1,

At template level i am unable import cad geometry for both symmetric parts using symmetric option. (i got only one part).

At subsystem level i got both of them, but at same position, the symmetric part is not mirrored.

Does anyone has some problem?

Is that an specific format that you import? is it solid, flexible?

at subsytem level are them referenced to the same marker/reference frame...?

I was trying to use step, catpart, both with same result. Parts are solid
