Parameters of Road Generator in Road Builder for curvature section

Hello,
 
can someone explain how parameters in Road Generator in Road Builder for curvature section works?
 
Specifically Start Point, Center Point and Tangent Point.
 
For example i want create oval road and one part as quater circle. My theory was something like this should works (only in meters)

Parameters of first segment:

but generated points look like this:

    I was checking this in help file. But i do not get it perfectly
     
    According Help:
     
    Segment 1 is line Starting Point: -3300,400,0, End Point 0,400,0.
    Segment 2 is curve Starting Point 0,400. (Same as end of Segment 1), Center Point 0,0,0 (Center of circle arc i believe), Radius 400 (Radius of circle arc), Arc Length 125 (half of circle PI*400 = 1256
     
    but what is Tangent Point (-500,400,0)? The value in help is putting Tangent Point to Line on Segment 1.
     
    Segment 3 is line Starting Point: 0,-400,0, End Point -3300,400,0.
