How to flex control arm of suspension in ADAMS/View using Viewflex

I opened the template of my suspension in ADAMAS/CAR and then switch it to Adamsview for creating flex using viewflex. In viewflex dialogue box its asking part to flex

When I am selecting the control arm to flex using viewflex its asking to use Boolean features to create single geometry.Then I am looking to use the boolean function to create a single geometry out of all the parts that are defined under "ger_lower_control_arm".Can anyone tell me which Boolean function to use and how to use the Boolean function to create a single geometry and how to use viewflex

Hi Sundeep,

The part you need to make flexible using ViewFlex needs to have a single geometry. Therefore, if possible, you will need to unite the geometries using the 'unite' Boolean operation.

If not possible, then you would need have two separate parts and make each one of them flexible separately.
