Is it poosible to created 3d road with curved profile in cross section? With the 3D spline I have only stright line. I also tried to use conversion from rdf to crg however it have not worked for me.

in case you have FTire: use cosin/tools to convert your rdf to rgr (*not* crg) and add the lateral profile. Or create your rgr from scratch. Lots of different options provided by cosin/tools to do so, depending on the kind of data you have for your cross section.
We build CRG directly from scanned data and it works well for us. There are toolkits that you can download that helps you build and analyze crg roads using Matlab or directly in high-level languages. Just google OpenCRG.
