Any clues on this error "EVRTO: Could not load road data from file"?

I have an A/View model that I run successfully. I'm trying to set up a 2D Polyline road, which I have also used successfully, but am getting this error ("EVRTO"). Any ideas? I imagine I'm forgetting something easy...

A/View model of a Tractor-Trailer. This model has worked for many years. PAC2002 Tires.

I have two poly line rdf files, one labeled "Fwd" for the forward axle and one labeled "Rear" for the rear axle (I have a reason for this). I'm creating these in Excel where I can plot them, check them, etc. Here is an interesting sequence...

    1. Assign all four wheel ends the “Fwd” road – Model runs
    2. Assign all four wheel ends the “Rear” road – Model runs
    3. Assign the two forward wheel ends the “Fwd” road, then the two rears the “Rear” road - Model crashes
    4. Copy the text from the "Fwd" file and paste it in the "Rear" file.
      1. Assign the two forward wheel ends the “Fwd” road, then the two rears the “Rear” road - Model crashes

By crash, I mean I get the "EVRTO" message, or it just stops and blinks out as it's writing these to the msg file...

All this makes me think something is set "wrong" in my database, but no idea what it is...
