Why are all the dates mixed up and what is the current state of simcompanion?

For example the knolwedge base article "SimAcademy Webinar Archive: Adams - Vibration Analysis of Full Dynamic Systems" has the date 21.10.2022 in its details.

The Webinar and the presentations is from 2010.

Also nearly everything in the knowledge section after sorted by date is just wrong. It says "today" but it is from 2017 and there is no recent activity that explains the date.

Furthermore many links are just broken for me.

This could be such a valuable place for knowledge if it wasn't for all the problems.

Maybe not a question for other users. But I would be interested in a statement of someone from MSC/Hexagon on the current state of the simcompanion.

Hi Tobias,

We have a published date on the article, which is the date on which the article is updated. The original webinar date is still showing the date you mentioned-2010.

Also, the articles are getting updated for some useful features like embedded videos. I hope you will like it.

Hi Tobias,

We have been working very hard in updating broken links as part of the transition from the previous SimCompanion system to this new one. Whenever you come across an article that contains a broken link, you can use the article feedback widget in the lower right corner:

And certainly feel free to reply to this thread with any article(s)s that contain bad links. We will address them as quickly as possible… no more than a few business days.

Hey,

I am really sorry but I don't get it.

For example:

There is an article/question: Problem with using XML bushing files.

It is from 13. December 2017 at 11:08. There are two answers with a mark that says 5 years ago.

So why does ist say "Yesterday" when sorting all the articles by Date?

Acutally for the first x pages it says yesterday...
