Just got some nice new 4K monitors. Things seem to be working well, but ADAMS 2022.4 seems a little fuzzy/blurry. Before I start changing things willy-nilly, any thoughts?
I got myself a 27 inch 4K monitor when covid started.
Working with ADAMS on Linux via NICE DVC was a PITA and even on Windoze scaling the fonts was a PITA, so I returned the monitor and got a WQHD with 2560 × 1440 resolution.
I am working on a 24 inch 1080p monitor at home and on a 27 inch 2k monitor at the office. You can clearly see that Adams is made for 1080p. If you are using it with 2k or even 4k resolution you either need to use a lense or you need to scale it. But when you scale it up icons will start to look blurry.
I guess they need to remake all the icons etc in higher defintions or ppi to overcome these issues.
Nervertheless I would also be interested in how to make Adams a good looking software at higher resolution monitors.
