There is a way to do such conversion. Please see below points:
start Adams/View 2020 session and do an export of your model into *.cmd file
start Adams/Modeler 2023 session and switch into Adams/View GUI using "switch button"
then delete default ".Model" to have empty session
then navigate to Menu and select File - Import - Adams View Command File (*.cmd), please provide exported pendulum.cmd file from previous step (from Adams 2020)
then switch back into Adams Modeler 2023 using "switch button" --> model is now visible in Adams Modeler GUI
Perform an analysis and do an animation
