there is no right or wrong, neither a single way of doing things in Adams, 1st you may want to play with the different contact methods. eg; curve2curve on either end, cylinder2cylinder, solid2solid... and chose the one that gives you the best compromise for speed accuracy. Second you may want to use non-linear bushes instead and see how these deviate vs test results....
