What is a "axial object"? Can you explain your model a bit further? Or post a cmd-file of a model that show the problem?

But in general, as Alex describes, a free spinning part does not have a "force" (it does have energy though). There might be forces acting upon the part, from external declared forces and/or constraints and you can measure those forces.
