PAC2002 Tire - Use of FZMAX

I have a PAC2002 Tire file that was developed based on physical testing. In the "Validity Range" of the file there is an FZMAX and FZMIN value. These are based on the range of vertical loads in the testing, which I can understand.

Reading the help, I see the following...

"If one of the input parameters exceeds a minimum or maximum validity value, the calculation in the tire model is performed with the minimum or maximum value of this range to avoid non-realistic tire behavior. In that case, a message appears warning you that one of the inputs exceeds a validity value."

If I'm reading this correctly, if my tire experiences a vertical load outside this range, subsequent calculations using FZ will be set to this max or min (???). However, it will not limit the value of FZ in the results?

Looking for clarification...
