In the above mentioned webinar on contact, initially presenter mentions a prerequisite webinar on contact(WM412).

I could not find this in simcompanion...Can anyone please help to get this webinar?

Half way through the article on the right you have a 'Linked Articles' section. The first article is the one you are after (have a look to the others too):
