Which version of Adams are you using?

Is this model specific? Are you able to run the vibration example from installation -<installation>20xx\vibration\examples\tutorial_satellite?

I tested a couple of models, everything seems to work as expected.

Was the analysis successful? If not, for example that the static failed, there won't be an analysis in the results. Check your aview.log (if you run the internal solver) or the msg file (for external solver).

No specific settings for the vibration plugin. Vibration analysis id based on a linearization at the operating point. From the ABCD matrices, the transfer functions can be calculated. So whatever settings, static or dynamic, that brings you to the correct operating point is all you need to worry about.
