New Features Cradle CFD 2024.2

What's New in Cradle CFD 2024.2

This release features a new enhancement for battery thermal runaway which makes use of ARC test data. A complete workflow for maximizing heat exchanger performance is now available via direct connection with nTopTm. Machine learning algorithms within scSTREAM and scFLOW (powered by ODYSSEE) generate reduced models that simulate the thermal and flow behavior of selected components in real time. Meshing in scFLOW is more powerful with several new features for curvature-based mesh refinement, easy replacement of parts and mesh quality checks. The scFLOW solver is now quicker and more robust, with enhanced convergence control. Data processing extends to new file formats and boosts productivity with a new process to ease the handling of large datasets.
