I recommend you showing the FAQ on the Simcompanion at first.

Please refer FAQ ID00364 referring the attached.

You can find the meaning and solution of ‘the License error -15’ in it.

If you could not solve your problem,

why don’t you send your question to cradle.support@mscsoftware.com .
