When you select low-Reynolds-number type RAN such as SST k-omega, and "Log-law" as wall boundary condition, the "Two-layer " wall function is applied for the analysis.
"Log-law" means "Two-layer model" on "Low-Re" type RANS.
Unfortunately I can't find the clear documentation regards the rule.
