About an enhancement for table feature in scSTREAM 2025.1

Hi Nobuyuki, thank you for posting the question in relation to the updated features on scSTREAM 2025.1
This update is part of the Solver enhancements brought in to improve data table handling, specifically when dealing with time-dependent tables.

Time-averaging is useful when dealing with data sampled at very high frequencies. For example, if we consider a heat generated by an electronic device working at high frequency, the tabled data timestep can be smaller than the one used for the simulation. Time-averaging of tabled data ensures that the correct total power enters the domain, without limiting the simulation timestep.

The main benefit of this feature is the significant reduction in computational time for long transient analyses.
