With the software running, e.g FE you go to top menu Help / Digimat FE Help and it opens the manual.

At msc learning portal, there is one course for digimat called introduction to multi-scale material modeling using digimat

Topics: digimat mf and digimat mx: definition and calibration of a digimat materials

digimat rp: use of digimat material in marc structural analysis. Capture the anisotropic and non linear behavior of the material

I'm sorry if the reference is not working for you. I see in section XV11.3.2 Tutorials page 1455 the following:

This tutorial introduces the user how to perform a simple Digimat analysis. The procedure to define and run

a Digimat analysis is given in the following paragraphs.

and it goes on to have screen shots of forms with numbered places for typing/clicking.
