Does Dytran come with Nastran 2019?

I see several "dytran" EXEs in my Nastran 2019 directory, wondering if any of them is a full version of dytran?
 
Took a stab at running from the command line: "C:\Program Files\MSC.Software\MSC_Nastran\2019fp1\msc20191\dytran\win64\bin\dytran" jid=temp.dat
But, it said it couldn't fine SCAKernel_22.dll

    What you are seeing are the files associated with Nastran explicit nonlinear solution (sol700).
    You can find documentation for this in the Nastran documentation. It does require a different license to the linear solution.
    It is based on Dytran but these files (in the Nastran folders) do not provide a standalone Dytran install. The full install of Dytran is available on the solution download center as a separate product and has a different licensing set to Nastran.
