If you are getting a "Product Undetermined" error when you are activating your license there are a few things to check.
1) Make sure you have entered the License code correctly.
2) If you have copy/pasted your code from another source, make sure it does not include any leading or trailing spaces.
3) Make sure all of the fields in the activation screen are filled out with the correct formats.
This message may also be displayed if Inspire is being launched from a different user than installed.
