Can I add 3d elements using subroutine or other way when Marc running?

I want to add 3d elements to simulate bone remodeling, which depend on updating stress or strain of the local area when the model is running.

Is there anyway to do that ? is this possible using subroutine ?

You can activate or deactivate the elements. You can select the elements to deactivate for each loadcase. You can also use UACTIVE subroutine to deactivate based on your own criterion.
