There is a tooth that is intersecting element faces in your initial mesh. After remeshing, it is prone to generate a mesh that have nodes penetrating the tooth. You should either generate the initial mesh to match the tooth geometry, or simulate the procedure that the tooth touches the mesh, or create finer local mesh in that area and use initial interference to push nodes onto the geometry.
