Whats the best way to model the inductance between a wire a under current and a unconnected planar coil under no loading over a range of frequencies?

I am trying to model a wire under a certain current which is co-planar to and encircles a planar coil (see attached .png of clarification). The coil is not attached to the wire in any way and there is no voltage or current applied to the coil. I would like the model to solve for inductance, electric field intensity, and magnet field intensity for several different frequencies (so I have been using harmonic magnetodynamic analysis). I have been unable to get calculations for either field intensities, and I have not been able to to get the circuit definition functioning properly to calculate induction.
