Is there anyway to make a very high elastic modulus mesh body as a rigid body?

I have a model with many high elastic modulus mesh bodies which can act as rigid bodies.
Now it is very slow to solve.
I suppose by transforming them to rigid body that way could make the solving much faster.
 
Is there anyway to make them as rigid bodies?

    Thank you for the prompt answer!
    Come to my real model, you would know those "meshed rigid" contact bodies can:
     
    1.    make a contact between them as normal mesh bodies in term of I can know how much contact force they are between them and at which position?
    2.    connect with other elements? (Can they share nodes with other normal elements)?
    It would be great if there is an example ? (I might not be able to find in the default Marc examples)
