How can I remove two different glued parts? I want to see the deformation/stress after the other glued part is removed.

You can select contact bodies and make them invisible (please see the attached screenshot).

I think, just Visibility can not go. I want to remove support structure from a part after process. So, I can see the distortion/stress etc after removing the support structure.
