How do i provide table data from a 2D model and convert that table for a 3D model ?this model is a rubber bushing.(2D-axisymmetric to 3D)

If you convert an axisymmetric model to 3D, the tables should be still in the database. What is the table used for? You can always write a table is a file and then read it into a new model.
