Do you want to hide the glued parts in post-processing? If so, you can select the contact bodies and make them invisible.

No, I want to remove/trim certain element/part and let the other elements change until equilibrium state. I heard in Abaqus, they call it "Element Trim", but I am not sure.

You can setup multiple load cases and deactivate some elements in certain load cases.
