Can I apply a Remote Displacement in Marc the way I can in ANSYS?

I have a simple 2D analysis set up in ANSYS and I'm trying to replicate it in Marc/Mentat. I like the solver but going from Workbench to Mentat is sort of like turning on a Vax terminal after getting used to Mac OS 10 but here I am.

Anyway I have a 2D section of a fairly thin-walled cylinder and I would like to constrain it so that it stays fixed about the center point. I want it to be able to deform about that point, for instance it could expand and contract or be flattened to an ellipse but the center of mass would always stay at 0,0. Does anyone know if there is a simple way to do this? In ANSYS I just need to create a simple remote displacement and tie the inner surface of the cylinder to a point at 0,0 but I don't see any similar option in Mentat. Any help would be much appreciated.

thanks
