How can I export a Marc model to Patran?

I am new to Patran and would like to open a Marc model and then change configuration to Abaqus, in order to export my model to Abaqus. This was suggested to me in another previus question related to this topic.

Hi Aurea,

In Mentat Jobs > Run > Advanced submission, You need to set the Marc input file version to older versions so that Patran can read it.

Then export the marc input file > File > Export

Then open a new db in Patran > set the analysis preference to Marc

Analysis > Read input file > select the .dat file

Just to know, even if I have Marc 2019 and Patran 2019 I need to convert Marc input to version 2014?

Should I see something in Patran when Read Input File is selected?
