How can I prevent modal shapes of rubber part to pass through itself in modal analysis?

I have a glue contacted pipe to pipe model like image below. Left part is rubber material, right part is plastic material. The problem are modal shapes of rubber part. Most of modal modes it gets inside of itself. How can i fix this problem.

Normal modes analysis can not take into account contact so there is no way to prevent penetration. If the component is subjected to transient loading contact definition would prevent penetration.
