I want to apply rotation between a toothed part aligned in y axis and another one which is inclined in XY pland (see figure).
Thus, rotation to one of them in an axis aligned to the reference axis and torque in the other component (whose rotation axis is not aligned with the reference axis).
How can I do this? Is there a way to define another coordinate system and define the boundary condition in that auxiliary coordinate system?

Yes, you can define new coordinate systems - see Vol A and Vol C of Marc documentation. Then you will need to associate the nodes with that new coordinate system. If the new coordinate system orientation is constant, I think you can just use the "transformation" option and provide the rotations for the new system, as opposed to create a new one.
Not sure right now without seeing the model. Try different nodes and orientations to see if it works out... Sometimes, you may need re-orient the model based on the options you have for these "coord system" or the "transformation" commands.
