How to use the Stress-Free Projection in Contact Analyze

Hello I used the Stress Free Projection in a contact simulation, it seems doesnot work as shows in below.

Then I tested the demo file,e8x68_job1.dat in Vol E, it showed good result:

The interesting thing is I merged these two models, then the stress-free projections seems not work in new model.
Is there function some limitations ? Attached is my first test model dat file.

    With the Stress- free projection, when contact is detected, the coordinates of the nodes are relocated on
    the surface (node-to-segment) or an offset is taken into account (segment-to-segment), so that initial stresses are minimized.
    To notice the effect of Initial stress-free projection , there must be initial contact between the contact bodies. Only then contact is detected, and node projection is performed.
    Check the attached model.
