I am using almost 2 million tetrahedral elements (element type 134) in my analysis and I get exit number 7001.

Looks like Marc is terminated due to insufficient memory. Your model size also supports this. Use multiple cores, out of core memory and using solvers CASI / PARDISO or MUMPS.
