I am using almost 2 million tetrahedral elements (element type 134) in my analysis and I get exit number 7001.

Thank you very much for your reply, now Marc completes the analysis successfully. The only problem is the duration of analysis. It takes too much time to complete the analysis. Is there any method to speed up the process?
