Impact Forming using MSC Marc

Dear Sir/Madam,

actually I am looking for information how to modell and simulate "Hammering Process", but I found similar technique which is known as "Impact Forming" see (www.youtube.com/watch published by MSC UK. Could someone help me explaining the steps how to simulate "Impact Forming" with the results including strain hardening, residual stress and indentation. Need your helps urgently.

Impact forming requires careful control of tool (usually a rigid body) motion. The workpiece is a deformable body with elastic-plastic material property. Because of large strain deformation, global remeshing is needed to avoid element distortion. MSC Simufact is the best solver for this type of analysis.
