If it's an existing file that you opened then it should be at the top of the list in File/Open recent.

You can also run the attached macro to output the location. This is particularly useful if it's a new model that you haven't saved yet.

If you do the file save it will also show the name of the "database" and location in the status bar at the lower left of the Apex Window.
